What Makes the Circle Unique?

Unlike many traditional recovery resources that focus solely on symptom management, the Circle gives you the chance to explore the deeper layers of recovery and address the underlying causes of eating disorders. Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that true healing goes beyond physical recovery – it involves emotional, mental, and social transformation.

You have the opportunity to reconnect with your inner child, recognising and healing the formative experiences that may have shaped your relationship with food, body image, and self-worth. This includes guided exercises and journaling prompts to help you explore past emotions, uncover limiting beliefs, and rewrite your personal narrative with compassion and self-acceptance.

A crucial part of this journey involves letting go of your inner critic – the voice that perpetuates self-doubt, judgement, and feelings of inadequacy. The Circle equips you with strategies to quiet this voice and replace it with one of self-compassion and self-love. Through guided meditations, affirmations, and reflective exercises, you’ll learn how to speak to yourself with kindness, embrace your imperfections, and celebrate your intrinsic worth. This shift creates a supportive inner dialogue, allowing you to build a healthier, more nurturing relationship with yourself.

The Circle encourages you to question the messages we’ve all absorbed about weight, appearance, and self-worth. Instead of feeling trapped by these expectations, you’ll have the chance to step back, look at them with fresh eyes, and decide what truly serves you. By exploring a different perspective, you can start letting go of the pressures of diet culture and build a more positive, freeing relationship with your body and health.

Resources include lessons on understanding and rejecting diet culture, exploring the principles of Health at Every Size (HAES), and cultivating a new, positive perspective on health and body image.

Beyond addressing these external and internal influences, the Circle offers a whole-person approach to recovery. Mindfulness practices, meditations, and tools for managing emotions and stress are available, supporting emotional resilience and self-regulation. These tools are complemented by a community of other members in our focused chat rooms, where you can share experiences, gain insights, and receive encouragement from those who truly understand your journey.

This comprehensive framework ensures you can move beyond symptom management towards rebuilding a fulfilling and balanced life, grounded in self-compassion, self-love, and genuine freedom from disordered behaviours.

ALL of this is included in one super low membership fee.

Flexible and Accessible

You can access the Circle from anywhere, anytime. Whether you’re at home, on the go, or need support in the moment, the Circle is always there for you.

Founder’s Story

I started restricting at just eight years old. For 40 years, I lived in the eating disorder and other forms of restriction—trapped in people-pleasing, perfectionism, anxiety, self-hatred, and a relentless feeling of never being good enough. I wasn’t living. I was merely existing.

 Then I hit rock bottom.

Recovery was a turbulent journey, but in the process, I discovered something life-changing: I had never truly lived. And when I finally embraced freedom, it was incredible—empowering, beautiful, and full of self-acceptance. For the first time, I felt truly alive.

That awakening ignited a deep passion in me. I knew I couldn’t keep this to myself—I wanted to help others break free too. So I became a Recovery Coach, guiding people on their own journeys. But I wanted to reach even more people, from all walks of life and at every stage of recovery.

That’s why I founded this circle.

This is a place where you don’t have to go through recovery alone. A space where you are truly seen, understood, and supported as you step into the life you deserve—a life of freedom, self-love, and living instead of just existing.

You are welcome here. You belong here. And you are so worthy of this journey.

With love and freedom,

Julia
